Doç. Dr. Erkan Elçi

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Erkan Elçi is an Obstetrics and Gynecology specialist based in Istanbul, with extensive experience in minimally invasive gynecological surgery, gynecological cancer surgery and advanced laparoscopic operations.

Dr. Erkan Elçi graduated from Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 2007 and completed his residency training at Yüzüncü Yıl University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. In 2018, he was appointed to Ümraniye Training and Research Hospital with senior resident criteria. In 2021, he received the title of Associate Professor in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He continued his academic career at İstinye University Hospitals and Yeni Yüzyıl University.

Throughout his professional career, he served as clinical supervisor at Van Regional Training and Research Hospital, and as Associate Professor at Haydarpaşa and Ümraniye Training and Research Hospitals, gaining extensive clinical experience in advanced surgical techniques and women's health. He currently works at Yeni Yüzyıl University Medicana Ataköy Hospital.

Thanks to modern surgical techniques, the goal is for patients to have surgery with smaller incisions, recover faster and return to their daily lives in a short time.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Erkan Elçi also actively contributes to knowledge sharing in women's health through scientific studies, academic publications and patient information content.
